The system integrates the modules of ABSTRACT SUBMISSION, REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION.

Before submitting your abstracts, please note the following information:

      • Please prepare your abstract as word-file (max. 300 words and 1 MB file size using the Abstract Template).
      • The abstract should include the objectives, results and main conclusions of the work. Accepted abstracts will be published for all participants as congress proceedings (word-files).
      • The abstract submission deadline is 30 April 2024.
      • The submission of a full paper is optional. Please send your full paper to icc22nd@126.com before 15 August 2024.

The selection of the contributions will be based on the review of the abstracts by the Scientific Committee. Please note that prizes will be awarded for the best poster presentation!

Cancellation Conditions

  1. Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail to icc22nd@126.com.
  2. For cancellations received by 21 October 2024, 100% refund of registration fee.(Please note that we will charge $30 processing fee for the administrative expense.)
  3. From 22 October 2024: no reimbursement.
  4. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
  5. All bank service charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  6. Requests for reimbursement must be sent in writing.
