Welcome to the International Corrosion Congress (ICC2024) in Xi’an. To facilitate the visa application process for our international participants, we are providing official invitation letters.
Visa document list:

- Booked air ticket
- Booked hotel bill
- The form on Chinese embassy
- One photo for Chinese embassy
- Finally asking for visa type F and for accompanying person L
It will take 4–8 weeks for Chinese visa. Please follow the guidelines below to submit your personal information to the designated email address to apply for your invitation letter.

Your email should include:
- Full Name: Your name as it appears on your passport.
- Title/Position: Your professional title or position.
- Affiliation: The name of your company or institution.
- Nationality: Your nationality.
- Passport Number: Your valid passport number.
- Contact Information: Including your email address and phone number.
